Complaints
Any complaint or grievance (which includes any expression of dissatisfaction) about the Services offered by us can be made:

We will seek to handle and resolve your complaint promptly in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Rules. Written descriptions of our complaints handling procedures are available on request.
If you are an eligible complainant (as described below), you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service directly with any complaint you may have if you are not satisfied with the way in which we have dealt with it. The FCA Rules provide that generally, you are eligible to complain if you are a private individual, a business with a group turnover of less than £1 million a year or a trust with a net asset value of less than £1 million.
Compensation
PIER Financial Investments Limited is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Most types of investment business and bank deposits are covered up to a maximum of £85,000.
